chore: prepare the 3.8.6 release (#794)

Bumps src.__version__ to 3.8.6 and turns Unreleased into ## 3.8.6: the Start
Display on Boot toggle (#792), the rankings edge-case fixes (#791), and
src.common.sports_live_fetch with the get_espn_scoreboard null-events fix
(#793, sports family 9), which the scoreboards adopt by flooring on 3.8.6.
src/common/README.md and docs/SPORTS_UNIFICATION.md say 3.8.6 for the module,
and family 9's heading no longer says it is awaiting a release.
